About True Nature Breathwork
Our Mission
I'm Seanin Friel, an Awakening Mentor, writer, mother and Energy Worker. Awakening happened for me fiercely, and I was in danger. True Nature Breathwork saved my life. I would not be here today without it.
I received intuitively a series of breath practices from God consciousness, which developed in depth and detail across months. I shared them on video as I received them.
Each one releases a core emotional block from the human energetic body. By completing the entire series of fifty seven breaths in full, you will awaken entirely. Kundalini can fully integrate.
This is a biological phenomenon that ensures complete health, wellbeing and happiness. It is available and possible for everyone.
